Welcome

On behalf of the congregation of all ages called Highland Park Presbyterian Church, I welcome you to our website, our church and our community.

Highland Park Presbyterian Church is a vibrant church family of active, friendly, involved people growing in the knowledge of our Christian faith and reaching out to our community in ministry and service. We have been a church community at our location of Laurel and Linden in Highland Park since 1871.

Our medium-sized church offers a strong educational ministry and also a varied and strong music program for children and adults. Currently we are experiencing an increase in families with younger children.

We are a fairly traditional church but with an open mind and a willingness to try new things. Our worship could be categorized as traditional with some contemporary characteristics. Children are encouraged to be a part of the worship service as leaders as well as participants. In our new schedule - elementary age children attend Sunday School after the Children's Message.
